Absolutely the best. They are competent, friendly, and take a genuine interest in each and every customer. In my case they went the extra mile to make sure my all questions were answered about a complex repair.

Rich's ethics (what a word in today's world) has made him my to-go-to mechanic, even though I live in Rockville and his in Boonsboro (MD). PS: The 4/5 starts is arbitrary; it is because of the distance and not because if his service. Nacer.

I went to Mr. Tire in Frederick to have the front brakes looked at due to vibration and to see why my engine light was on. They told me vibration was actually coming from the back and that I needed two new rotors and brakes. The engine light was due to 2 emissions sensors that they didn?t have in stock but could have them the next day. When I saw the quote I asked that the brakes be done right away and that I would need to schedule the sensors at a later date. I also asked for a separate quote for the sensors. The estimate was $1200. Three days later when I was on a road with a speed limit of 50 mph, the vibration I initially felt was still there. I was not happy, especially now that I had no trust in Mr. Tire. I took the $1200 estimate to a friend and he recommended Spoonire Auto Service. It was a 50 minute drive and worth every penny of it. Richard replaced the two sensors, then mounted new two rotors and a new set of brakes for the front. The vibration was gone. The engine light was gone. All of that for $500 less the Mr. Tire?s "deal" for the sensors alone. And he had all the parts readily available at an auto parts store right down the street. His team had me out of there very quickly. While I was there, I couldn't help notice how immaculate his shop is and I think that speaks volumes of his ethics. He has my trust.

It is customers like Dawn that make each day a success. Thank you for your confidence!
