Our old van has served us faithfully for years, but we neglected it at times (due to my military deployments and injury) and it's needed lots of old "bones" fixed lately. Spoonire's was recommended to us by my brother in law who said many times how honest, thorough, and helpful the people at this shop are. We have not been disappointed in this recommendation. Mr. Spoonire (Richard) and his staff are wonderful people. We can't believe how extremely fast Richard has fixed some serious problems our van has had. Mr. Spoonire personally sat down with me and talked over the work he has done with our van, and is very willing to talk over the phone, too. If something went awry after a visit at the shop (not Spoonire's fault), he took our van back in immediately and resolved the issue. I am glad to know my money is going to a kind hearted family and honest business, and it's always a fair price. My wife finally met Richard yesterday, she already had met and enjoyed the quiet but polite company of the receptionist, and was very impressed with how personable Mr. Spoonire was. He sat down with my wife respectfully and explained what work he had done, and then chatted a bit about life. The waiting area is always comfortable, clean, and quiet. My wife and I both appreciate that while we wait we can sit down and read a book without loud music blaring, and there's no lewd conversation that's heard in other shops. It's nice to partner with such upstanding people.
